Dulce Chocolate & Ice Cream has taken two new stores in Düsseldorf and Essen, which are due to open in the spring.

International real estate advisor Savills acted as agent for the ice cream and chocolate boutique, which originates from Frankfurt, in the leasing of a 200 sq m (2,152 sq ft) Grand Café at Nordstraße 32, Düsseldorf, scheduled to open in May. Savills also advised Dulce in the leasing of 60 sq m (645 sq ft) of prime space in Kettwiger Straße, Essen.

The Essen store is located on the ground floor of the Handelhof, one of the few large buildings in central Essen to be rebuilt after the Second World War. Dulce, which sells fresh hand-made chocolate and ice cream, plans to open the new Essen boutique in March.
