International real estate advisor Savills has recruited Dr Frank Urfer as director of its Munich investment department. The team’s ranks have been further swelled with the appointment of Dennis Fucek who joins as a senior consultant.
International real estate advisor Savills has recruited Dr Frank Urfer as director of its Munich investment department. The team’s ranks have been further swelled with the appointment of Dennis Fucek who joins as a senior consultant. Both started with Savills this month.
Frank has extensive commercial real estate experience, including 12 years with Fürstlich Waldburg-Zeil’schen’s as head of their real estate department looking after and developing national and international clients’ investments. Most recently he headed the Frankfurt office for Aengevelt Immobilien GmbH & Co KG.

Dennis Fucek also many years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, including with DB Immobilien GmbH, Deutsche Bank AG, and most recently for Global Real Estate AG, where Dennis headed the investment department.
