Generali, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has concluded the most significant 2010 letting in Rome’s central business district (CBD).

A new lease on 16,000 sq m (172,228 sq ft) of office space at Corso D’Italia 33, Rome, has been agreed with a renowned public body. The building, which is located close to the Villa Borghese gardens, is currently under refurbishment and the new tenants are expected to move in from February 2011.
