IT services company Intact Integrated Services GmbH is increasing its presence in Berlin with the rental of 800 sq m (8,611 sq ft) of office space in the Schicklerhaus building.
The premises, at 5-7 Schicklerstrasse, Berlin, is part of a closed-end investment belonging to DG Immobilien-Anlagegesellschaft Nr. 34 „Berlin, Darmstadt, Frankfurt“ Schütze and Dr. Neumann KG.
Both tenant and landlord were advised by international real estate advisor Savills.
