Following its recent announcement regarding the creation of a new integrated Capital Markets department for its Spanish business, Savills has promoted Danny Kinnoch to the new role of International Investment Director advising both international clients on Iberian real estate transactions and Spanish clients with foreign requirements.
Following 4 years with Colliers in the UK during which time he obtained his RICS qualification, Danny started with CBRE Spain in 2006 and has now been part of the Savills team for 3 years. In his spell with Savills Danny has been involved in projects with UBS, Henderson, British Land, Grupo Lar and Eroski amongst others.
Luis Espadas, Head of Capital Markets, says: 'This promotion is in line with our strategy of giving existing team members the opportunity to grow within the business in roles which cover the needs of our client base. Danny’s new role provides the perfect balance to our Capital Markets team in dealing with both Spanish based and international investors looking to invest in Iberia”.
Danny Kinnoch adds: “I am looking forward to playing an important role in the new Savills Capital Markets team and to having the chance to represent a broad range of clients meet both their property investment and divestment needs in what is currently a challenging but very internationally driven marketplace”.
Danny Kinnoch is based at Savills Madrid office.
