Savills relocates its Dusseldorf office to Media Harbour

In line with Savills expansion plans in North Rhine-Westphalian market of Germany, the international real estate advisor has relocated to larger offices in Dusseldorf by moving to H19, Media Harbour, Hammer Straße 19.

In line with Savills expansion plans in North Rhine-Westphalian market of Germany, the international real estate advisor has relocated to larger offices in Dusseldorf by moving to H19, Media Harbour, Hammer Straße 19.

Savills has taken 500 sq m (5,382 sq ft) of office space in the property in the centre of the Media Harbour to accommodate its growing team, which currently totals 16 staff. H19 is a seven-storey building featuring a glass façade with modern interior design. It was designed by the award-winning architects Petzinka whose concept “Petzinka Pink technological architecture” has introduced design method in modern architecture.

Other tenants at the property include European energy provider EGL, for whom Savills recently acted in negotiating a 470 sq m (5,059 sq ft) lease at H19.
