Savills has expanded its portfolio valuation team, which was established by directors John Rhodes and Claire Magowan in September this year, with the appointment of Richard Booth.

With over 11 years experience in the industry having previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, Richard specialises in the management and instruction coordination of large and complex commercial property portfolios. He joins Savills as an associate director.

Claire Magowan, joint head of portfolio valuation at Savills, says: “We are delighted to welcome Richard to our growing team. His strong track record and extensive client management skills will increase our critical mass and help take the department forward.”
