Ignis UK Property Fund, has let 85 Gray’s Inn Road, London, WC1 to WB Bidco plc.
WB Bidco plc, a company formed at the direction of Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. (a Time Warner company) and the senior management team of the Shed Media group of companies, acquired Shed Media plc on 13th October 2010.
85 Gray’s Inn Road provides 27,776 sq ft (2,580 sq m) of high quality accommodation, with WB Bidco Plc taking a new ten year lease at an annual rent of £746,015.
