International real estate advisor Savills has recently expanded its industrial team with the appointment of Tim Suffield, who will be based at the company’s Birmingham office on Innovation Court.

Having previously worked at Fuller Peiser/BNP Paribas as national head of industrial, Tim has over 25 years experience in the industry. Tim will join Savills as a consultant director working alongside director Neil Starkie on new and existing industrial projects throughout the Midlands as well as across the UK.
