ThyssenKrupp Elevator, a division of ThyssenKrupp the global integrated materials and technology group, has agreed a new 10-year lease on Caravelle Court, which totals 10,814 sq ft (1,004 sq m). The scheme has been extensively refurbished both in terms of the office space and its external landscaped areas, which combined with its strategic location makes it a very strong business destination.

A further 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) of grade A refurbished accommodation is currently available at Concord Business Park and the next phase of the development, which comprises the comprehensive refurbishment of Dakota House, will provide 40,000 sq ft (3,716 sq m) of high quality flexible turn key space.

Ben Walford of Prestbury Investments, who manage the MAX Property Group portfolio, adds: "We are pleased to have secured ThyssenKrupp as a major occupier at Concord joining our already impressive tenant line up. This letting, in what are undoubtedly tough market conditions, is testament to our pro–active approach to meeting tenant’s needs, offering bespoke leasing packages and competitive market terms."
