Cochlear Europe Ltd, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has acquired space at 6 Dashwood Lang, Bourne Business Park, Weybridge.

The hearing solutions provider has taken a sub-lease from Premier Foods, which expires in May 2016, on office space totalling 22,500 sq ft (2,090 sq m). Cochlear Europe will pay an annual rent of £23 per sq ft (£247 per sq m) on the unit owned by landlord LaSalle Investment Management.

Andrew Willcock at Savills comments: “Cochlear is a well established company that required flexible and high quality space in a strong business location.

“As one of the largest lettings in Weybridge so far this year, this deal is hugely significant for the local area.”
