International real estate advisor Savills has expanded its commercial management offer in South Wales following three new instructions on schemes in Cardiff and the surrounding area.

The team will oversee the management of over 100,000 sq ft of office space at Park House, Avon House, and Trafalgar House. These new appointments come on the back of management work done at the Red Dragon Centre, Fforestfach Retail Park, Pentreback Retail Park, Gallagher Retail Park, Talbot Green Shopping Park, Harlech Retail Park, and Costco Capital Retail Park.
The team, lead by Richard Hulme of Savills Bristol in cooperation with Gary Carver a director of office agency in Cardiff, will be working with landlords to reduce service charges and retender leases.
