Following its recent purchase of Coventry Airport Retail Park in Coventry, Metric Property Investments Plc has appointed Savills as the managing agent.

Located close to the A46, the out of town retail park totals 102,566 sq ft (9,528 sq m) and is home to a variety of tenants including Currys, PC World, Dunelm, Dreams and Halfords.
