International real estate advisor Savills has recently been appointed to manage Junction One Retail Park in Leeds by landlord Black Diamond.

The established out of town retail scheme, which totals 133,421 sq ft (12,394 sq m), benefits from a prime location on the Beeston Ring Road close to the M261 on the outskirts of Leeds. Anchored by B&Q and Currys, Junction One Retail Park is home to a host of well known tenants including Maplin and PC World.
