Schroders Gresham Real Estate Fund has appointed international real estate advisor Savills as the joint letting agent with Jones Lang LaSalle at 5 Longwalk on Stockley Park, Heathrow.

The building has been extensively remodelled and refurbished and now comprises 115,000 sq ft (10,683 sq m) of grade A office space. The quoting rent is £28 per sq ft (£301 per sq m).

Jonathan Gardiner, office agency director at Savills, comments: "5 Longwalk is one of a very small number of 100,000 sq ft plus grade A office buildings in the Thames Valley and is well positioned to benefit from the improved levels of demand currently in the market. It also offers enormous flexibility, enabling sub-division from wings of 13,300 sq ft upwards.

Savills won the appointment in competition and will replace incumbent agent Knight Frank.
