Two new names are set to open for trade within the successful shopping centre in Newry in the next few weeks.
Lush, the popular handmade soap and natural cosmetic company, have chosen The Quays in Newry as the location for their 2nd retail store in Northern Ireland, following their successful trading history in Belfast. They are taking a 1,100 sqft unit adjacent to Oasis, and their range of organic made products extends from bath, shower and hair products to fragrance, skin treatments, styling products and gifts.
The Newry store will take the number of shops in the UK to 91 and worldwide to over 675, and opens on 26th August. Kim Coles, Lush Retail Finance Director, comments:
“We have wanted to expand in Northern Ireland for sometime now and are very excited to be opening our second store here in The Quays. Newry is a major shopping destination in Northern Ireland and we can’t wait to open in such a prominent retail development, with a great mix of successful brands. We feel there is huge potential here and that our new concept store will fit in perfectly. We look forward to offering the customer more choice and enhancing their overall shopping experience.”
Nath Bros are also opening a 1,500 sq ft ‘NV fashion’ store, a well established Northern Irish fashion multiple with brands such as Chemistry and LTB Denim.
The Company now has 19 stores in Northern Ireland, 10 trading as NV, 6 trading as Gino and 3 others offer the full Gino/NV range. This will be their first representation in Newry.
