Two retailers have been added to the line-up at Phase 2, The Park, Carrickmines, one of Ireland’s most successful retail parks. Ireland’s leading pet retailer Petstop and beauty boutique Brown Cow have both just opened for business at The Park.

The Park, Carrickmines was developed by Park Developments and boasts an exceptionally strong line-up of tenants including TK Maxx, Curry’s, PC World, Smyths, Halfords, Home Focus at Hickey’s, Harvey Norman, 53° North and Costa Coffee. The superb location just off Exit 15 of the M50 providing easy access and ample parking, along with the excellent line-up of retailers, makes this one of the country’s most successful and popular retail parks.

Petstop is 100% Irish owned and is the country’s leading pet superstore with existing locations in Blanchardstown and Cork. Petstop at The Park comprises c. 705 sq.m. making it the largest store in the group. Brown Cow is a beauty boutique offering a full range of beauty treatments. Brown Cow at The Park is the second outlet for the group which already trades very successfully at Ticknock Hill, Sandyford. This new outlet comprises c. 139 sq.m.

“Petstop and Brown Cow will greatly complement the line-up of homewares and lifestyle retailers already trading at The Park which is one of south Dublin’s most popular shopping destinations. Opportunities remain in Phase 2 for a restaurant operator, a convenience store and one large general retail unit. With the superb line-up of retailers and the exceptional location we anticipate strong interest in these remaining units” says Bernadine Hogan of letting agents Savills.

Opportunities remaining at The Park include Block 60 which is suitable for a convenience store retailer, a restaurant unit in Block 260 and one large retail unit comprising c705 sqm beside Harvey Norman in phase 2.
