Mazars Paardekooper Hoffman N.V. has signed a long-term lease agreement for its headquarters located on the Rivium Promenade 62-212 in Capelle aan den IJssel. It is a long lease for approx. 8,363 sqm of office space, approx. 209 sqm archives and 201 parking places.

Mazars is an international organization of accountants, tax advisors and management consultants in the Netherlands and one of the top 10 in the industry. Mazars has emerged from the cooperation of the Dutch Paardekooper & Hoffman with the French Mazars group. The Mazars group belongs to the European market leaders in the field of accountancy. Landlord of the building is Dutch Property Company Rembrandt 9 BV and the representative of the landlord, Mayfield Asset and Property Management, was advised by Savills Agency.

The building is located on the Rivium Business Park overlooking the New Maas river and includes four architecturally distinctive buildings and two arched pavilions, totaling approx. 29,000 sqm. Other tenants include BAM Utiliteitsbouw, ADMIX Zaken zijn Zaken, UPC Nederland and Finwood.
