Savills has advised Mayfield Asset and Property Management, on behalf of the owner, with a premature extension of the lease term of BAM Techniek B.V. for its office located at Roer 299, Capelle aan den IJssel.

This is a new long-term lease for approximately 2.035 m² and 42 parking spaces which are leased at market rental.

BAM Techniek is a national operation multi-disciplinary service with over 1400 professionals. As a leading knowledge company they design, implement, maintain and manage their installations for both new constructions and renovation projects in utility, industrial, infrastructure and housing.
