De Haagsche Zwaan is located in the Beatrix Quarter, thé business district of The Hague.

The very high quality and distinctive office building with an area of about 18,540 sq.m. lfa, is a gateway to The Hague. The building is very easily accessible by car and public transport. Due to its original shape and heigth of up to 74 meters, De Haagsche Zwaan is as a landmark visible from a great distance.
