The leading energy and services group Cofely leases the entire office space building including associated parking at Kosterijland 20, Bunnik.

This organization is broad-based on the market in terms of office locations. Then it founds its operations to consolidate in Bunnik. In following two phases there will be additional office space into use besides Kosterijland 20. During the year Cofely will lease the total space of office building and all parking spaces.

Because of the extra lease of 2,500 sq m, the total of this lease will be 6,500 sq m. This lease is made for a long term period. Cofely has been advised by its own real estate department. Savills acted on behalf of owner commissioned by Mayfield Asset and Property Management Ltd.
