Stora Enso has extended the lease for its office located at ArenA Boulevard.

This is a long-term lease for approximately 675 sq m office space. Stora Enso Netherlands delivers the full range of paper and cardboard for Stora Enso. As a leading company they supply news print, magazine paper, folding carton and office paper. Savills acted on behalf of owner in cooperation with Mayfield Asset and Property Management B.V., which provides on behalf of owner the Asset Management of the property.
