Following the recent purchase by Henderson Global Investors' German business Warburg-Henderson KAG, international real estate advisor Savills has recently been retained as the managing agent at N1 Shopping Centre in Islington, London.
The scheme comprises 150,000 sq ft (13,935 sq m) of retail space with tenants including Vue, Next, Gap, HMV and French Connection.
Graeme Clark, Management Director at Savills, comments: "We already manage several properties for Henderson including the St James Centre in Edinburgh and Whitefriars in Canterbury so we are very pleased to be adding N1 to this portfolio, especially as we do not currently manage any properties in this particular fund for Henderson.
"N1 is a prime shopping centre in a superb North London location and we are very much looking forward to progressing the objectives our client set for the scheme."
