The Prudential Assurance Company Ltd, advised by the Retail team, has let Unit 28, 17 and 11 in the Brunswick Centre, Scarborough to GB & BM Walker, Putting on the Glitz and Oakham Trading Ltd respectively.
GB & BM Walker, trading as Toymaster, will pay £47,500 on a unit totalling 2,073 sq ft (193 sq m). The toy retailer has agreed a new 10 year lease.
Putting on the Glitz Ltd has agreed a new five year lease on a store totalling 617 sq ft (57 sq m). The fashion accessories retailer will pay £27,500 per annum.
Oakham Trading Ltd, trading as Jonathan James, has taken a unit totalling 2,524 sq ft (234 sq m) on a 12 month lease. The footwear retailer will pay £22,000 per annum.
