Commercial law firm Fladgate LLP has instructed Savills as joint agent with Northam Clover to let its former Mayfair offices on North Row in London's West End.

The 6,600 sq ft (613 sq m) office accommodation occupies the entire sixth floor of the building and is available on a lease term by arrangement up to January 2018 at a quoting rent of £39.50 per sq ft (£425 per sq m).

Other tenants at the property include publisher Hachette and Valad Property.

Tim Wadhams, Director at Savills, says: "Fladgate is relocating to new headquarters in Covent Garden, having taken a pre let of 50,000 sq ft from Henderson at New Brook Buildings and so this office space is now surplus to their requirements. With prime office supply set to diminish further in London's West End, we anticipate good levels of interest for quality offices such as these available at a competitive rent."
