British Land, represented jointly by Retail team and Harvey Spack Field, has let Unit 5A at Hatters Way Retail Park, Luton to Exclusive Leather Sofas Ltd.
The furniture retailer will take a store totalling 10,045 sq ft (933 sq m) on a new 15-year lease. Exclusive Leather Sofas will pay £218,479 per annum.
Dominic Rodbourne, Retail Director, comments: "The addition of Exclusive Leather Sofas further improves the furniture and homeware offering at Hatters Way Retail Park. This along with the market leaders already present on the park, such as DFS and Dreams, should further increase the appeal of this location to people across Bedfordshire."
Exclusive Leather Sofas is a family run business that started in 1969. They currently have three trading stores. Other retailers at Hatters Way Retail Park include DFS, Dreams, Harveys, ScS, Paul Simon, Carphone Warehouse, Bathstore and Pizza Hut.
