Threadneedle Property Investments Ltd, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has let office space to Warc Ltd, Phil McIntyre Entertainments Ltd and Pleasurerealm Ltd respectively at 85 Newman Street in London, W1.

Warc Ltd has agreed a new five-year lease on the lower ground and ground floor offices, which total 4,408 sq ft (409.7 sq m) and will pay an annual rent of £110,200.Phil McIntyre Entertainments Ltd has taken a 10-year lease on 1,924 sq ft (178 sq m) located on the third floor at an annual rent of £83,695.

Finally, Pleasurerealm Ltd will occupy 1,507 sq ft (140 sq m) on the fifth floor on a 10-year lease at an annual rent of £64,047. Mark Gilbart-Smith, associate director at Savills, comments: "These three lettings highlight the strong level of demand for good quality, well located office space in Central London."
