The Henderson UK Property Fund announces that it has completed a 14,500 sq ft letting to Brand Slam at The Point, New Kings Road, London SW6.
Brand Slam, a brand management company set up by Marcia Kilgore, who previously founded and sold BlissSpa, has taken a 10 year lease on four floors of the property at a rent of £297,435 per annum reflecting £20.50 per sq ft, which will be occupied by two expanding businesses owned by Brand Slam - FitFlop and Soap & Glory.
The Point, which is located on the north side of New Kings Road close to the junction with Putney Bridge, has been fully refurbished to provide modern media style office accommodation arranged over ground and six upper floors, with excellent natural light on all sides, exceptional views, air conditioning and car parking.
Following the letting, just one floor of c. 3,000 sq ft remains to be let at the property.
Savills and Boston Gilmore acted for Henderson.
