Savills announces promotions to create intergrated capital market divion

Savills has created a new integrated capital markets department for its Spanish business combining office, retail and industrial sectors to service both national and international clients.

Savills has created a new integrated capital markets department for its Spanish business combining office, retail and industrial sectors to service both national and international clients.


Luis Espadas, formerly retail investment director, will take on the role of head of Capital Markets department for Savills Spain.  The department will offer an all encompassing strategic service from the initial analysis of the investment opportunities, managing the assets and handling the sales process. 


José Navarro, previously head of capital markets, will assume the position of Deputy Managing Director of Savills Spain.  He will take on responsibility for the company’s day to day business alongside head of Savills Spain, Rafael Merry del Val.
