Elof Hansson Properties AB has made its first acquisition, namely a 7 500 sq metres commercial property located at Odin’s Street in the city of Gothenburg. The seller is Wallenstam AB, one of Sweden’s largest property companies.
Elof Hansson Properties AB has made its first acquisition, namely a 7 500 sq metres commercial property located at Odin’s Street in the city of Gothenburg. The seller is Wallenstam AB, one of Sweden’s largest property companies.
“This acquisition fits our investment strategy very well”, says Lennart Hedström, president of Elof Hansson Properties. “The building we are buying is a well-managed commercial property with solid tenants and an attractive location with interesting growth potential. In addition, we are pleased to be able to make our first property acquisition at our home market in Gothenburg. Additional acquisitions will follow, probably before summer.”
The total space area of the property is 7 500 sq metres, the property name is Göteborg Stampen 6:17 and entry is due on April 4, 2012. The biggest tenant is Ernst & Young.
