Momentum returns in post-tariff pre-Middle East conflict window

Asia Pacific has regained momentum, supported by firmer investment activity, renewed cross-border interest and improving liquidity in several major markets. Office and logistics markets are seeing stronger investor engagement, while living sectors are evolving through development-led activity, and asset conversion strategies.

The region is being shaped by a wider set of themes, including advanced manufacturing, supply chain realignment, data centre expansion and redevelopment opportunities. At the same time, higher construction costs, geopolitical risk and trade uncertainty continue to encourage a more selective approach.
