Amsterdam – Savills Netherlands has been awarded the property management mandate for a nationwide mixed-use portfolio on behalf of a European real estate investor and asset manager. The portfolio comprises 65 properties with a strong retail component, complemented by residential units.
Under the mandate, Savills will provide technical and commercial property management services, as well as leasing activities. The services will be delivered on behalf of and in close cooperation with the Belgian real estate specialist Ceusters. With the addition of this portfolio, Savills further strengthens its position as a trusted advisor in the Dutch retail real estate market.
