Savills Italy strengthens its retail platform with the appointment of Riccardo Crepaldi as Head of Retail Management

The new structure combines management, leasing and technical services to maximise retail assets’ performance and value

Savills has appointed Riccardo Crepaldi as Head of Retail Management in Italy. Starting 1 July 2026, he will be based in the Milan office.


In his new role, Crepaldi will oversee and coordinate the business lines within Savills Retail Management platform in Italy, aligning the expertise of Property Management, Out-of-Town Leasing, Technical & Pilotage [KS1.1]and Property Management Accountancy teams. His focus will be on expanding the firm's retail operations by fostering greater integration across services, enhancing operational and strategic synergies and delivering a comprehensive approach to retail asset management and value creation for clients.
Riccardo has more than 20 years of experience in retail real estate. Most recently, he was Director, Retail Asset Management at CBRE Investment Management Italy, responsible for asset management, leasing and property coordination, investor relations and the commercial development of shopping centres.
