Optima Cycles leases industrial premises in Beverwijk

Optima Cycles has leased industrial premises at Gaasterland 3 in Beverwijk. The lease concerns the second unit of the building, comprising 5,623 sq m of warehouse space and approximately 250 sq m of offices.

The property at Gaasterland 3 is divided into two self-contained units. The first unit was already leased to Applitech in 2025. With the letting to Optima Cycles, the second unit has now also been secured on a long-term basis, resulting in the property being fully let.

The location is characterised by a functional layout, strong accessibility and suitability for large-scale logistics and production-related activities. For Optima Cycles, the new premises provide an appropriate base for the further organisation of its operations.

Maarten Bulstra, Head of Leasing Logistics & Industrial at Savills Netherlands, commented: “With the new location at Gaasterland 3, Optima Cycles has secured a strong and future-proof base in Beverwijk. The property is well equipped to support its current activities while also offering scope for further growth and scaling.”

Savills advised the landlord on this transaction in collegial collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield. The tenant was advised by Daan Kuijper from Rockstone.
