Savills strengthens its presence in the North with new headquarters at VIVA Offices

Savills is set to establish its new Porto headquarters at VIVA Offices, in Porto’s Business District, thereby strengthening the consultancy’s presence in the North and its commitment to the region’s business market.

Scheduled to move in June, the relocation to VIVA Offices gives a fresh boost to Savills’ operations in Porto and the North. By choosing this building as its new headquarters, the consultancy is moving even closer to businesses and the region’s main economic hubs.
More than just a change of address, this is a strategic decision: the new space allows teams to be brought together, improves efficiency in project management and responds to the growth of the business in the country.

With ample natural light, generous communal areas and versatile meeting rooms, the office is designed to accommodate different work styles and rhythms. Each area has been conceived to bring people together, bridge the gap between departments and make relationships with clients and partners more direct and fluid.
The choice of VIVA Offices marks the start of a new phase for Savills in the north of the country, reinforcing the company’s vision for growth and its connection to the region.

For Ricardo Valente, Managing Director of Savills Porto, this move represents much more than a simple change of office: “We have chosen a place with real significance, an iconic building, at the heart of an entrepreneurial, innovative region that is constantly evolving. This move places people even more at the centre of our strategy, strengthens our proximity to clients and deepens our connection to the Porto region and Northern Portugal. We want this space to be a hub for talent, collaboration and vision, where teams and clients can grow together.

“At Savills, we believe that spaces influence the way we think, work and create value. This new office is a reflection of that belief: an investment in people, in service excellence and in our future presence in the region.”

Sonae Sierra and GFH, the owners of VIVA Offices, share the conviction that construction quality, innovation and sustainability are now essential to redefining the workplace. The building reflects this vision by prioritising well-being, efficiency and lasting value, both for its occupants and for the city. The strong demand recorded since the launch confirms the market’s growing interest in spaces that combine environmental performance with a distinctive user experience.

With its entry into VIVA Offices, Savills strengthens its presence in Porto and consolidates its position as a leading consultancy in the national property market, closely following the business dynamism of the Northern region.
