1GLOBAL has leased a new 1,061 sq m office in The Valley in Amsterdam. Savills acted as advisor to the international connectivity specialist, which is relocating its headquarters from London to the Dutch capital. Landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
Savills carried out a thorough analysis of the Amsterdam office market and concluded that a sublease structure offered the fastest and most efficient solution. This approach enabled 1GLOBAL to relocate without any overlap between the old and new lease agreements, resulting in significant cost savings.
The selected location provides immediate operational readiness, excellent public transport connections and swift access to Schiphol, while offering ample flexibility for future growth.
