Logistics service provider MIDLOG BV has leased a high‑quality business unit at Westernesse 18 in Den Hoorn, effective 1 February 2026. The location forms part of the logistics portfolio of HANSAINVEST Real Assets.

The lease agreement comprises 3,171 sq m of warehouse space, 396 sq m of office space and 25 parking spaces. With this expansion, MIDLOG strengthens its operational capacity in the Haaglanden region, a strategic logistics zone thanks to its direct connection to the A4 motorway, the Westland area and its proximity to Rotterdam.
