VGP has signed a lease agreement with LX Pantos Logistics at the Borchwerf business park in Roosendaal. The property concerns a high‑quality logistics facility at Borchwerf 5a, comprising approximately 14,630 sq m of warehouse space and 370 sq m of office accommodation.
The transaction underscores Roosendaal’s appeal as a strategic logistics hub, driven by its excellent connections to the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp and its proximity to the Belgian border. LX Pantos Logistics, an international provider of supply chain solutions, will use the location to further expand its services across the Benelux region.
