Logicor has signed a long-term lease agreement with Kyocera Fastening Solutions for part of the distribution centre located on Poseidonweg in Lelystad, the Netherlands. The complex, consisting of two buildings, comprises a total area of c. 40,000 sq m, of which Kyocera Fastening Solutions will occupy c. 13,000 sq m.

The recently completed distribution centre offers a clear height of 12.2 metres, 35 loading docks, three overhead doors, and a floor load capacity of 50 kN/sq m. The property has been developed with a strong focus on sustainability and holds a BREEAM Very Good certification as well as an A+++ energy label. Equipped with solar panels, batteries, and an advanced energy management system, the building is largely self-sufficient in its energy use.

The Poseidonweg location is situated on the Flevopoort I business park and benefits from a strategic position with direct access to the A6 motorway and excellent connections to Schiphol Airport, the Port of Amsterdam, and Utrecht.
