The project involves the development of a 4-star hotel featuring 216 rooms (including 9 suites), conference facilities, an all-day dining restaurant, a fitness centre and dedicated lounges. The hotel will be directly connected to Milan Linate Airport’s terminal and will be located next to the new M4 metro line, which links the airport to the city centre in just 15 minutes. The official opening is scheduled for the first half of 2028.
The selected operator is HNH Hospitality, one of Italy’s leading white-label hotel management companies, which with this agreement further strengthens its presence in the Italian airport sector. The hotel will be operated under a franchise agreement with the international DoubleTree by Hilton brand, part of Hilton Group, which currently has over 100 properties in Italy.
Dario Leone, Head of Hospitality & Leisure at Savills Italy, commented: “We are particularly proud to have supported Costim in this strategic operation, which brings a top-tier international hotel brand to the Linate Airport District. The ChorusLife Linate project will significantly enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of Milan Linate Airport and, more broadly, of Milan’s tourism market, both business and leisure. This transaction confirms Savills ability to support clients in the development of complex, high value-added projects.”
Paolo Cervini, CEO of POLIFIN, GEWISS and COSTIM, added:
“The selection of the hotel operator is a key step in the development of the LAD. Savills supported Costim’s Development team throughout the selection process, which resulted in the choice of a strong operator aligned with the project’s vision. With HNH and the DoubleTree by Hilton brand, we are introducing an international hospitality offer to the LAD, consistent with our objectives of quality, sustainability, and connection between the airport, the city, and the evolving needs of travellers.”
