URBZ Capital has acquired a large-scale IOS location, strategically situated in the heart of the Randstad, the Netherlands, for an undisclosed price.
The site comprises approximately 65,500 sq m, including around 9,000 sq m of built space. The property and surrounding grounds are fully let on a long-term basis to RECO, a specialist in equipment rental for the construction industry and other sectors.
The site is part of the Hoogewaard business park, an established industrial area home to construction, manufacturing and logistics companies. The location is very close to the N11 motorway, providing easy access to the A4 and A12, and to nearby urban centres, the Port of Rotterdam and key logistics corridors across Europe.
