Savills provides architecture and technical consultancy services to the facilities of the European Parliament and the European Commission

The consultancy’s Building, Project Consultancy & Architecture department will be responsible for delivering services to the representations of these institutions in Lisbon, Dublin and Nicosia.

Savills Portugal, through its BPC & Architecture team, has been selected to provide architecture and technical consultancy services to the representation offices of the European Parliament and the European Commission in Lisbon, Dublin and Nicosia.

The five-year contract covers not only ongoing technical assistance, but also advisory services and support for renovation, expansion and adaptation works in European Union properties.

The interventions cover a total area of more than 7,400 sqm. In Lisbon, the project will focus on around 2,800 sqm spread across several floors, including underground parking spaces. In Nicosia, approximately 1,500 sqm across five floors will undergo intervention. In Dublin, the project area reaches about 3,130 sqm, comprising office spaces and an area dedicated to other institutional projects.

The multidisciplinary teams from Savills Portugal’s Building, Project Consultancy & Architecture department, which include architects, engineers, designers and project managers, will be responsible for advising the institutions on all matters related to complementary studies, assessments, audits, or support in technical and architectural domains, as well as for creating functional environments that combine creativity, technical precision and sustainability, reflecting the identity and values of the European institutions.
