Elżbieta Majdan joins Savills Poland Property & Asset Management team

Savills is strengthening its Property & Asset Management team with the appointment of Elżbieta Majdan as Associate Director. In her new role, she will be responsible for the management and commercialisation strategy of retail properties. She brings 15 years of experience in delivering key projects on the retail market, which she will successfully apply to her new role.

In recent years, Elżbieta served as an Asset Manager at EPP, where she was responsible for the development and leasing strategies of Galeria Młociny in Warsaw and Galeria Amber. Her role focused on increasing asset value and optimising operational costs.

Previously, for over four years, she worked as a Leasing Manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. During that time, she independently managed the commercialisation of Westfield Arkadia — the largest shopping centre in Poland — where she oversaw, among other projects, the expansion of the centre and the launch of the first Victoria’s Secret store in continental Europe. She also led the creation and leasing of the largest food court in Poland, introducing 12 new dining concepts and coordinating numerous tenant relocations. Additionally, she was involved in leasing projects for Galeria Mokotów, Galeria Wileńska, and Wroclavia.

- Elżbieta brings to our team not only extensive experience in managing and commercialising retail properties, but also an excellent understanding of the everyday challenges faced by owners and tenants. Her practical approach and strategic perspective on asset development will undoubtedly provide strong support to our clients and enable us to respond even better to the needs of the retail market. I am convinced that her contributions will support the continued growth of our services in Poland - says Michał Bryszewski, Board Member, Head of Property & Asset Management, Savills Poland.

Elżbieta Majdan is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where she earned two master’s degrees — in Finance and Accounting, and in Management. She also studied at Viadrina University in Frankfurt (Oder). Privately, she has a keen interest in architecture and urban planning. She is passionate about travel, sailing, and interior design.
