Savills expands its Valuation team with experienced professionals

Savills announces new hires and promotions within its valuation team. Daniel Duchek has joined as a Senior Valuer, Alena Arnoldová has strengthened the team as a Junior Valuer, and Ivana Horáková has been promoted Valuer. Under the leadership of Marek Pohl, the team now consists of seven consultants specializing in the valuation of a wide range of assets – from commercial, residential, and hospitality properties to leisure, healthcare facilities, and land.

Daniel Duchek, Senior Valuer, brings ten years of valuation experience to Savills, particularly in the context of banking and financing. He has long focused on valuations related to bank financing, covering the full spectrum of asset types – from commercial to residential properties. Previously, he worked as in internal valuer at Fio Bank, specializing in the assessment of collateral properties, particularly in relation to development financing in the Czech and Slovak markets. At Moneta Money Bank, he valued both commercial and residential properties and contributed to the development of automated valuation models.

Alena Arnoldová, Junior Valuer, joined Savills after working at RSM CZ as an International Contact Partner & Business Development Specialist. She gained experience in compliance and internal control at Cofidis, where she worked as an AML & Internal Control Specialist. She began her professional career as an internal auditor at the investment company AVANT. Alena is currently studying Real Estate Valuation at the Institute of Property Valuation, University of Economics in Prague.
