The Office Department at Savills was responsible for placing the advertising and communication agency Legendary People + Ideas in its new office, measuring approximately 500 sqm, located in central Porto at Rua de José Falcão, nº 133. Savills acted on behalf of Grupo IDS, the owner of this real estate asset. 

The José Falcão Office is a unique property that combines historical charm with a prime location in the heart of Porto. Recently refurbished, the building retains its original architectural features, including wood-panelled walls, intricate ceiling beams and ornate stair railings, creating an atmosphere where tradition and innovation coexist.

Legendary People + Ideas is a Porto-based advertising and communication agency, also present in Madrid. Founded in 2014, the agency operates across the creative and strategic fields, providing services to a wide range of brands, from traditional ATL campaigns to social media management, digital advertising, brand activations, and web development. Its team of 40 professionals covers all key operational areas.
