Savills: Olomouc industrial transaction concluded

Savills has successfully concluded the disposal of an industrial property in Olomouc to Conseq Funds investiční společnost. The seller, whom Savills exclusively represented in the transaction, has chosen to remain anonymous.

The Property comprises five standalone buildings offering a total of c. 40,000 sq m lettable area and was built between 2008 to 2021. The Property complies with the modern standards required by logistics tenants and is almost fully leased. It is located in the southern part of Olomouc, in a key industrial zone. The nearby D35 and D1 highways offer excellent connectivity, providing access to major cities in the Czech Republic as well as connections to Poland, Slovakia, and Austria.
