Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) has sold the distribution center located at Londen 3-7 in Barendrecht, acting on behalf of one of their investment mandates. Savills advised the seller in this transaction.

The asset comprises a modern, partially cold storage last-mile logistics property of approximately 6,533 sq m, situated on an 8,820 sq m freehold plot. Strategically located directly on the A15/A29 motorway junction and less than 15 kilometres from Rotterdam city centre, the property is fully leased to HAVI Logistics B.V., servicing the food supply chain for clients such as McDonald’s and KFC.
