Savills Dutch Property Management department has once again secured the ISAE 3402 Type II certification, marking its sixth successive year of compliance. The international standard for quality and risk management is awarded following a comprehensive audit by an external auditor.

The accreditation confirms that in 2024 Savills in the Netherlands continued to meet the highest standards in internal risk management and process control, providing valuable insights into key areas such as data protection, process integrity, fraud prevention, and risk management. The positive assessment shows that Savills internal control measures have proven effective over an extended period.
