The recently renovated logistics building comprises 979 sq m of office space, 4,269 sq m of warehouse space, and a 136 sq m mezzanine.

Applitech operates in the energy (distribution) systems sector and anticipates continued growth in the coming years, driven by increasing demand resulting from the energy transition. This positive outlook prompted the decision to relocate to a larger premises in Beverwijk with room for further expansion.

The property is located in the Business Docks Wijckermeer business park, with access to the A9 and A22 highways, as well as an extensive railway network. Additionally, the proximity of the Port of Amsterdam and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport allows for national and international distribution.
