Dentalair moves into sustainable warehouse at WDP’s Prinsenhil Logistics Park in Breda, the Netherlands

Savills has successfully advised Dentalair, a full-service provider of dental equipment and products, in securing a lease agreement with landlord WDP for its new premises at Prinsenhil 1 in Breda. On 4 April 2025, Dentalair will officially move into the warehouse.

The facility spans 4,575 sq m, including office space, and boasts state-of-the-art sustainability measures, heat adaptation features, and biodiversity enhancements. With an A+++ energy label and a BREEAM-NL "Very Good" certification, the warehouse sets a new benchmark for sustainable logistics.

A warehouse designed for the future

Dentalair’s new facility is more than just a warehouse—it’s a future-ready logistics hub provided by WDP. Prinsenhil Logistics Park demonstrates that logistics real estate can transcend the traditional “grey box” concept. Designed with employee well-being in mind, the facility boasts green façades and roofs, abundant natural light, and an environment that creates an inspiring and enjoyable workplace.

Enhanced logistics for superior service and competitive pricing

The strategic location of the new warehouse at Prinsenhil Logistics Park enables Dentalair to deliver to customers in the Benelux, Germany, and Scandinavia within 48 hours. This enhances customer service and logistical efficiency and ensures competitive pricing for the future. By optimising operations, Dentalair is better positioned to support its clients in their daily practices.

Dentalair was commercially advised by Savills and WDP was assisted by De Lobel & Partners.
